Food Network Magazine went on a six-month, country-wide road trip to find the best pizza in every state, and guess who they picked for Wisconsin? Little old us!
Crazy, huh?
We learned about it Monday via email, and didn’t quite believe it until we started getting calls on Tuesday from the local news channels.
“Aw, shucks,” we said, tugging at our forelock and scuffing our toe on the sidewalk. “We’re just glad people like what we’re doing.”
They specifically singled out our mac n’ cheese as, “… the ideal pie: golden, bubbly and extra cheesy.”
Really, though, this is quite an honor. Did you check out some of those other pizzas? Wow! We’re one fill-up away from hitting the road ourselves.
