Let’s be honest… Saturday and Sunday mornings are made for sleeping in and getting up only when you are ready to start eating. Weekend brunch is pretty much the best part of the week! We are happy to announce that starting May 7th, Ian’s Pizza North Ave. will be offering new brunch selections from 10am-2pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Our brunch menu will include some brand new beverages and signature brunch slices that have never before been offered at Ian’s Pizza Milwaukee! The slices will feature of mixture of savory and sweet flavors designed to ignite your taste buds.
Here’s a preview of what you might see up in the window:
Jamberry Jam: A yogurt, rosewater, fresh berry and bloomed granola base topped with seasonal berries, honey pistachio ricotta cream, and crunchy ginger granola
Meat Lovers: Sausage, bacon, ham, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese
Denver Omelette: Potatoes, ham, bell peppers, onions, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese
Chipotle Skillet: Pepperjack cheese, chipotle crema, corn and bean mix, choice of chorizo sausage or grilled portobello mushrooms, scrambled eggs, cheddar, pico, and tomatillo salsa
Brisket Hash: Mozzarella cheese, smoked beef brisket, tater tots, scrambled eggs, and Ian’s steak sauce
Florentine Omelette: Mozzarella cheese, sauteed spinach, scrambled eggs, diced tomatoes, feta cheese, and house seasonings
We are very excited to partner with Anodyne Coffee Roasting Company, who is going to supply us with a great cup of joe! Born in Milwaukee in 1999, Anodyne is locally owned and roasted in small batches. Coffee is great and all but let’s be completely honest — brunch without alcohol is just a sad, late lunch. With help from our friends at Sprecher Brewing we have created a brand new beer-mosa (The Mil-Mosa) using Sprecher’s Cidre De Pomme cider. This apple cider brew uses champagne hops and is dry, crisp, and elegant. It is made with just ripened apples and is all natural as well as gluten-free. Pairing this with orange juice makes for the brunch cocktail!
We also offer a variety of tap, craft beers and an assorted selection of wine. Looking for a quick, light snack to start your day? We are cooking up freshly baked tater tots with delicious homemade dipping sauces. Fresh fruit round out our brunch offerings.
