It’s 2018, And Menus Are A-Changin’

We’re ringing in the New Year by giving our menu a facelift. These tweaks were made with you, our loyal customer, in mind. As always, if you have questions about our menu, please let us know and we’re happy to explain and elaborate! Now, let’s get down to business.

…Changing the Seasonal Salads ?!?!

This year, our salads will be fresher and tastier than ever. We’re ditching our “set schedule” and making our Seasonal Salad menu based on foodie trends and seasonal inspiration. While we’ll still have two Seasonal Salads to choose from at any given time, we are going to pair options with new, limited salad dressings. Speaking of dressings, we’re bringing back our cult-favorite Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing. It will now be a full-time player on our Signature Dressing menu. And don’t worry, you’ll still see some old salad favorites and occasional popular repeats. Be sure to follow us on FB for 

Thanks to our friends at Alsum Farm Inc., our Corn & Bean Salsa is now being made with local corn for an even fresher taste.

Beyond Salads

As far as pizza goes, expect tons of new delicious yet unexpected flavor combos this year. We’ll have new monthly specials with toppings inspired by the freshest, most seasonal ingredients. And let’s give a warm welcome to Drunken Ravioli and Macho Nacho, our newest slices to become full-time menu staples.

Other ingredient notes include new ham being sourced from Fox Heritage Farm. Look for it on our Maui Wowie, Ham Penne Alfredo, or possibly an upcoming weekly special.We’ve also added a vegan walnut “sausage” that’s made in-house at the Ian’s Pizza Food Lab which is our off-site commissary kitchen. If this sounds weird to you, don’t knock it ‘til you try it!
