Ian’s Pizza On-Location accommodates anything from employee appreciation parties and catered business lunches, graduation parties, weddings, sporting events and neighborhood block parties.

Catering Delivery
Great for parties that don’t need on-site staff, like late-night wedding snacks or office celebrations! We’ll help you plan your menu, then deliver hot, fresh pizza with plates and napkins. We’ll set everything up so guests can grab a slice and keep the fun going.

No order minimum. Just give us at least 2 weeks’ notice (though we’re happy to plan ahead – even a year out!).

Full-Service Catering
Want the full Ian’s experience? We’ll bring our portable stone-deck ovens and bake your pizza fresh on-site! Your guests can enjoy pizza, salad, and breadsticks buffet-style or made-to-order – all served up by Ian’s team.

Perfect for 100+ guests. Please book at least 3 weeks ahead (we can plan up to 2 years in advance!).

Booking Details

Reservations

Reservations must be finalized no later than three weeks prior to the event.

Deposit

Events require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event.

Gratuity & Sales Tax

A 15% Gratuity Charge and 5.5% Sales Tax will be added to all events.

On-Site Setup

Ian’s Pizza on Location events require a $150 On-Site Setup Fee for events in Dane County.
