Host a Donation Night Fundraiser at Ian’s!

One of Ian’s founding goals is to support and give back to our community. We’ve donated thousands of pizzas and Free Slice Cards, and sponsored hundreds of events all around Dane County. Join us in using pizza as a force of good for our community.

To further that goal, we host Ian’s Pizza ‘Dough-Nation’ Fundraisers in Madison. On select dates at our Garver Green location—and on Wednesdays throughout April at our Frances Street location as part of our Month of Giving program—we give local nonprofits and student organizations the chance to raise some “dough” for their cause— all while everyone gets to enjoy fresh, local, and delicious pizza and salad from yours truly!

What’s a Dough-Nation Night?

An Ian’s donation night is an opportunity for Madison-area organizations to sponsor a charitable event hosted at Ian’s Pizza on Frances Street or in Garver Feed Mill in Madison.

Increase awareness of your cause

Dough-Nation Nights are an opportunity to fundraise and increase awareness of your organization’s cause and host an organized event at an Ian’s in Madison.

Collaborative event promotion

We work directly with your organization to design a 1) co-branded printed event flyer and 2) social media post that you can use to distribute to your member network. We also share your event post online.

Dough-Nation Night Process

Apply to host a Dough-Nation Night at least three weeks in advance. Earlier application is best to allow plenty of time for event promotion. The more people you bring in, the greater the donation.

Ian’s supports event planning & promotion.

We’ll work directly with your organization to design a flyer to promote your ‘Dough-Nation’ night. Once the flyer is approved, your group will be able to print and circulate it to your contacts and peers prior to the event.

Potential Donation Earnings

After the event, Ian’s Pizza will donate a portion of that evening’s sales to your organization. Your participation is a key part of making the night successful—show up, share your flyer, and invite your community to join you in-store. The more you engage and help spread the word, the more support your organization can generate through the event.

Distribution of the donation check

Once the receipts are added up, we’ll notify you with the total amount and drop your check in the mail. Join us in eating pizza for good!
