Ian’s Pizza On-Location accommodates anything from employee appreciation parties and catered business lunches, graduation parties, weddings, sporting events and neighborhood block parties.

Our 3 catering packages below are available for guests hosting a minimum of 100 people. Ian’s staff arrive with all your guests need to enjoy a local, Ian’s experience on-site. If you have a different package in mind, reach out to our Madison catering team with your special request; we do our best to support your event catering needs.

Ian’s Pizza catering menu offers you the flexibility to create a custom meal from our full pizza menu with loads of à la carte options to choose from. Remember to finalize your order at least three weeks in advance of your special event.

In addition to supplying our tasty pies to your guests, we’ll load up our catering van with finishing ovens, salads, drinks, and all the equipment needed to serve your guests in proper Ian’s Pizza style.

Booking Details

Reservations

Reservations must be finalized no later than three weeks prior to the event.

Deposit

Events require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event.

Gratuity & Sales Tax

A 15% Gratuity Charge and 5.5% Sales Tax will be added to all events.

On-Site Setup

Ian’s Pizza on Location events require a $150 On-Site Setup Fee for events in Dane County.
