This three day intensive class taught by Ian will help take your at home pizza skills to the next level.  Through the process of making three different styles of pizza (grilled pizza, sourdough oven pizza and Sicilian) participants will spend a lot of time learning about dough hydration, fermentation and at home baking techniques.  The class is meant for dough nerds and serious pizza aficionados.  Previous baking experience is welcome but not necessary.   Class will be limited to a maximum of 4 participants.
