Description

This two-day intensive class taught by Ian will help take your at-home pizza skills to the next level.  Through the process of making three different styles of pizza (grilled pizza, sourdough oven pizza, and Sicilian) participants will spend a lot of time learning about dough hydration, fermentation, and at-home baking techniques.  The class is meant for dough nerds and serious pizza aficionados.  Previous baking experience is welcome but not necessary.   The class will be limited to a maximum of 4 participants.
